How It Works

  • Step 1: Place Your Order

You can either purchase items yourself and send them to our US address, or we can assist with purchasing on your behalf.

Please ensure the address is entered correctly. There is a $10 fee for packages that have an incomplete address.

Step 2: Email Us Your Order Confirmation

              Email the order confirmation to admin@selfcare-zw.com. The order confirmation must include the following details: Merchant Name, Address, Phone Number, Name & Quantity of Each Item Purchased and the Total Order Value

              • Step 3: Confirmation and Invoice
              Once your goods have been delivered, please allow for 2-4 business days for us to acknowledge receipt and send your invoice.
              • Step 4: Consolidation and Packaging

              Once your items arrive at our US address, we consolidate and package them securely to minimize shipping costs and ensure safe transit.

              • Step 5: Shipping

              We offer monthly air freight shipments. Once your package is ready, it will be included in the next available shipment.

              • Step 6: Customs Clearance

              We handle customs clearance on your behalf, ensuring a smooth entry into Zimbabwe.

              • Step 7: Delivery

              Once cleared, your package will be delivered to your specified address in Zimbabwe for a fee, or you can arrange for pickup from our store.

              Shipping Rates and Fees

              • Air Freight Rates

              Standard Rate: $30 per kg inclusive of shipping + duty (subject to weight, volume, and type of goods).
              Minimum Charge: A minimum charge of $30 applies for all shipments under 1kg.
              Handling Fee: A handling fee of 10% (20% if we make the purchase for you) of the value of the goods applies for packaging and consolidation services. 

              Additional Charges
              Special Handling: Items requiring special handling (e.g., fragile goods, hazardous materials) may incur additional fees.

              Prohibited and Restricted Items
              Prohibited Items: We do not ship dangerous goods such as perfumes, hazardous materials, perishables, or items restricted by Zimbabwean or US customs regulations.
              Restricted Items: Certain items may require special permits or additional processing time. Contact us for more information.

              Estimated Delivery Times
              Standard Shipping: 10-14 business days from the date of shipment.
              Delays: Please note that customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
